Application fee WBPSC JE Vacancy 2022 :
· Rs. 160/- (Rupees one hundred sixty only) + Service Charge 1% of Examination Fee subject to a minimum of Rs.5/- (Rupees five only) for online payment through debit/credit card plus service charge /GST as applicable as Govt. Duty or Service Charge of Rs.5/- (Rupees five only) for Net Banking or Service Charge of Rs.20/- (Rupees twenty only) for payment through Bank Counter (off-line payment).
Age Limit as 01.01.2022
· Not more than 36 years as on 01.01.2022 (i.e. born not earlier than 2nd January, 1986).
Education qualification Details:
· In case of Junior Engineers (Civil) in West Bengal Sub-ordinate Service of Engineers (Civil)- Diploma in Civil Engineering from the State Council for Engineering and Technical Education, West Bengal or its equivalent.
· In case of Junior Engineers (Mechanical) in West Bengal Sub-ordinate Service of Engineers (Mechanical)- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the State Council for Engineering and Technical Education, West Bengal or its equivalent.
· In case of Junior Engineers (Electrical) in West Bengal Sub-ordinate Service of Engineers (Electrical)- Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the State Council for Engineering and Technical Education, West Bengal or its equivalent.

WBPSC JE Salary:
· (PB-4) Rs.9,000-40,500/- + Grade Pay of Rs.4,400/- besides D.A., M.A. & H.R.A. etc. admissible as per rules. (pre-revised)
West Bengal JE Selection Procedure:
The examination will be held in the following branches of Engineering –
i) Civil Engineering
(ii) Mechanical Engineering
(iii) Electrical Engineering.
The Examination will be held in two successive parts, viz., (i) Written Examination (Multiple choice objective type questions) and (ii) Interview.
The Written Examination will be held in Kolkata centre tentatively in the month of April or thereabout followed by the Interview. The Interview of the candidates selected on the basis of the results of the written examination will be held at the Commission’s office in Kolkata
