· FEE: (Remittance of Fee) Each applicant shall pay Rs.1200/- (Rupees Twelve Hundred Only) towards Application Processing Fee and Examination Fee. However, local applicants of Telangana State belong to SC, ST, BC, EWS and PH have to pay Rs.600/- (Rupees Six Hundred Only) each towards application processing fee and examination fee.

Academic Qualifications i) Good academic record in Post Graduation in the relevant subject (as shown in Table-I) with a minimum of 55% marks of an equivalent Grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter Grades O,A,B,C,D,E and F obtained from the Universities recognized in India. ii) Should have passed National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/CSIR or similar Test accredited by the UGC or SLET/SET conducted by the PSC/ Universities of the State iii) The candidate who possesses Ph.D., or equivalent is exempted from passing of National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC/CSIR or similar Tests accredited by the UGC or SLET/SET conducted by PSC/Universities of the State. Note: 1. In case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/Differently abled category, the Minimum % of marks shall be 50% (instead of 55%). 2. A relaxation of 5% marks may be provided (from 55% to 50%) to the Ph.D. Degree holder who passed Master Degree prior to 19-09-1991 |

A Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) OR Bachelor of Physical Education (BPE) OR Bachelor of Science(B.Sc) in Health and Physical Education and Degree in Sports with atleast 55% marks, as per National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2009. In case of SC/ST/BC candidates, the minimum marks shall be 50%. OR Atleast 50% marks in the B.P.Ed Degree/B.P.Ed (Integrated) 4 years professional Degree in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (Recognitions Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 notified on 10/02/2007. In case of SC/ST/BC candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%. OR B.P.Ed with atleast 55% marks or B.P.E course( or its equivalent) of 3 years duration with atleast 50% marks in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education Regulations, 2002 notified on 13/11/2002. In case of SC/ST/BC candidates for B.P.Ed, the minimum marks shall be 50% or for B.P.E Course, the minimum marks shall be 45%. AND M.P.Ed., of at least 2 years duration from any National Council for Teachers Education recognized institution. |

Librarian in Junior Colleges |
A Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from a University recognized by the UGC. AND A Post Graduate Degree in Library Science with First or Second Class with not less than 50% of Marks from a University recognized by the UGC or an equivalent qualification. In case of SC/ST/BC/ Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%. |
