Vacancy Details: Tripura TET 2022 Apply Online: Teacher Recruitment Board, Tripura (TRBT) Education Department, Govt, of Tripura TRBT will conduct Tripura Teachers’ Eligibility Test (T-TET) 2022 in two papers, namely, T-TET Paper-I for a person intending to be a teacher for Class-I to Class-V, and T-TET Paper-II for a person intending to be a teacher for Class-VI to Class-VIII. Application Fee For Tripura TET 2022
· The test fees for UR category applicant is Rs. 300/ for each paper of T-TET 2022.
· for reserved category (SC/ST/PH) applicant is Rs. 200/ ( for each paper of T-TET 2022.
· Candidates are to deposit test fees online (using debit / credit card / internet banking/UPI only). No other mode of payment will be accepted. Bank charges may apply. Fees must be paid within stipulated date and time
Age Limit
There is no age limit prescribed for candidates appearing in T-TET. However, it must be carefully noted that the recruitment of Under Graduate Teacher (For Classes I-V) and Graduate Teacher (For Classes VI-VIII), the age limit will be as per recruitment rules of the Government of Tripura as amended from time to time
T-TET 2022: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
A. T-TET 2022 PAPER-I (FOR CLASSES I-V):
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or one year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05) by whatever name known.
Or,
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education by whatever name known, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002 (or one year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05).
Or,
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.).
Or,
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
Or,
Graduation and two year Diploma in Elementary Education (or one year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05) by whatever name known.
Or,
Graduation with at least 50 % marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). (Further, a candidate having B. Ed. from any NCTE recognized institution with 50% marks in Graduation shall be considered for appointment as a teacher in classes I to V provided the person so appointed as a teacher shall mandatorily undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE, within two years of such appointment as primary teacher.)
B. T-TET 2022 PAPER-II (FOR CLASSES VI-VIII):
Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or one year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05) by whatever name known.
Or,
At least 50% marks either in Graduation or Post-Graduation and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.).
Or,
Graduation with at least 45% marks and Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.
Or,
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.).
Or,
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-years B.A. / B. Sc. Ed or B.A. Ed / B. Sc. Ed.
Or,
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.) (Special Education).
“Provided that minimum percentage of marks in graduation shall not be applicable to those incumbents, who had already taken admission to the Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education or equivalent course prior to the 29th July, 2011.” (NCTE Notification dated: 13.11.2019)*
*(Candidates must produce document regarding their date of admission in such cases when they will be asked for appearing in the scrutiny process)
Percentage of Marks (Graduation)
a) A successful Honours candidate passed with 50% (or 45% as the case may be) marks in only Honours Subject is eligible for T-TET 2022 Paper-I & Paper-II provided the candidate passed all Elective Subjects.
b) A candidate who secured 50% (or 45% as the case may be) marks in aggregate taking together the marks of Honours & Pass Subjects is eligible for T-TET 2022 Paper-I & Paper-II. (In case where separate marks of honours and pass subjects are recorded in the final examination mark-sheet).
c) In case separate marks for pass subjects and honours course are not recorded in the final examination mark sheet by the concerned university, the Credit Score / CGPA (converted into percentage) in honours course will only be considered.
d) A candidate who passed Graduation in Pass Course with 50% (or 45% as the case may be) marks in aggregate is eligible for T-TET 2022 Paper-I & Paper-II.
e) A candidate under Old Course who passed without Honours with 50% (or 45% as the case may be) marks in aggregate in Part-I (Pass Course of 2- Years Duration) is also eligible for T-TET 2022 Paper-I & Paper-II.
PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED (PH) CANDIDATES: C
Candidates having disability such as Blind or Low Vision (Partially Blind), Partially Deaf and Hard of Hearing and Locomotors Disability can only apply under PH category. The percentage of disability must be 40% or above. P.H.

QUESTION PATTERN:
Question Paper (T-TET Paper-I & T-TET Paper-II) will have 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of 1 (one) mark each in the subjects under the relevant papers. Candidates have to shade/darken the right choice of answer among the four options. Each right answer will be awarded one mark. There will be no negative marking. Question papers will be in English and Bengali only (other than language Papers). All OMR Answer Sheets for marking answers and instructions etc. will be in English only. In case of any discrepancy or confusion concerning the two versions of question papers, the English version will be treated as the authentic/final.
