Qualification details
· Degree in engineering with 65% mark (Average of all semesters, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular year by the institute /University), in any of the seven engineering Discipline of Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Chemical, Civil instrumentation and mining.
Candidates interested in applying for management trainee (Technical) post should possess degree in engineering /Technology in related discipline
·Candidates also gave a valid GATE 2022 Score in the respective discipline.

HOW TO Submit SAIL Management Trainee Online Form
Process of submission of online application form
· Submit
the application through SAIL www.sail.co.in
at Career” page or www.sailcareer.com
· Read
the advertisement carefully to be certain about your eligibility
· Click login
· If already registered , click “registered user” and go further by using user ID & Password
· In case of “New user” complete one time registration (OTR) First and then go to Registered user and go further By using User id & Password
· Complete the application submission process step by step filling required information, uploading the document as required and payment online
·After your payment gets confirmed , your Registered slip will show the status of payment as “Confirmed” and that is the confirmation of completion of registration process. Registration without confirmation of payment will be not completed.
· Submit the application after completion of all requisite and take a print out of completed application having unique Registration id. Please ensure to download system generated provisional registration slip
SAIL MT Selection procedure:
· Those applicants who applying for post of SAIL Management Trainee (Technical) in E-1 grade in SAIL should have appeared in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2022 examination (GATE-2022).
· The Company shall consider candidates who have appeared in GATE-2022 in either of the aforementioned disciplines.
· Based on their performance in GATE-2022, the candidates will be short-listed for appearing in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
SAIL Management Trainee Salary:
· Rs.24,900 to 50,500 Per month
