Ø The Examination fee for all categories of candidates has been exempted as per rules
Age Limit as on 01.01.2022
Ø Minimum age limit: 21 years
Ø Maximum age limit: 38 years
Ø Aspirants must have been born not earlier than 2nd January 1984 and not later than 1st January 2001.
Ø Age Relaxation is applicable for 5 Year S.E.B.C /SC/ST/Women /Ex-Serviceman & 10 Years for PWD Candidates , Person with disability belong to SC/ST/SEBC -15 Years
OPSC IMO 2023 Eligibility & Qualification:
Ø Candidates must have possessed an MBBS or equivalent Degree from a Medical College or Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
Ø Candidates must have a valid registration certificate under the Odisha Medical Registration Act, 1965
Ø Candidates must have possessed required Conversion Certificates recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) in case of candidates having Degrees from Universities of Foreign Countries.

OPSC IMO Salary:
Ø Selected candidates will be paid salary of Rs.56,100/- level 12 cell 1 of the pay matrix. In case of selection and joining in the service, the Specialists would be getting a monthly incentive of Rs. 30,000/- for Super Specialization, Rs. 20,000/- for Post-Graduation and Rs. 10,000/- for P.G. Diploma qualifications recognized by the Government of Odisha.
OPSC Insurance Medical Officer Selection process
Ø The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts of Medical Officers will be made on the basis of a Written Test.
Ø The written examination shall comprise of one paper of 200 marks.
Ø The duration of the examination shall be 3 hours.
