· The Candidates are exempted for payment of Examination fee as Per G.A & P.G Department letter No.9897/Gen dt.11.04.2022
OPSC Homoeopathic Medical officer Recruitment 2023 Age Limit
· A candidate must have attained the age of 21(twenty one) years and must not be above the age of 38 (thirty eight) years on the 1st day of January 2023 i.e. he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd January 1985 and not later than 1" January 2002.
· The upper age limit prescribed above shall be relaxed by 5 (five) years for candidates belonging to the categories of Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (S.E.B.C), Scheduled Castes (S.C.), Scheduled Tribes (S.T.), Women & Ex-Servicemen and by 10 (ten) years for candidates belonging to PWD category, whose permanent disability is 40% and more.
· Persons with Disabilities belonging to SEBC/SC/ST categories are eligible for age relaxation benefit of 15 (Fifteen) years.
OPSC Homoeopathic Medical officer 2023 Qualification
· A candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) or equivalent Degree from an University or Institution recognized by Central Council of Homoeopathic and . He must have registered himself/herself under the Odisha State Council of Homoeopathic Medicines.

OPSC Homoeopathic Medical officer Selection process
i. The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts of Homoeopathic Medical Officers shall be made on the basis of Written Test
ii. The written examination shall comprise of two papers carrying 100 marks each with duration of one and half (1%) hour for each paper.
ii. There shall be 100 objective type questions carrying one (01) mark each of
Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) pattern. iv. The questions will be as per the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) curriculum.
V. There shall be no Negative Marking for wrong response (answer).
vi. The detailed Syllabus is enclosed at ANNEXURE-A
vii. The Commission shall prepare a list of candidates in order of merit on the basis of Written Test, which shall be equal to the number of advertised vacancies:
Provided that, if two or more candidates secure equal marks then the candidate securing higher marks in the BAMS Examination shall find place above the others in the merit list and in case marks obtained in BAMS examination is also the same, the candidate elder in age shall be placed above the younger. Note: -i) The qualifying mark is 50% for UR & SEBC candidates and 45% for P.H category and 40% for ST & SC category of candidates.
ii) Any details relating to this recruitment like cut-off marks, answer keys, individual marks etc. shall only be declared on the website of the Commission after publication of the final results and select list

OPSC Homoeopathic Medical officer 2023 Salary
· Candidates will given a salary in Level 10 (44900/-) , cell 1 of ORSP Rules 2017 with usual dearness and other allowance as may be sanctioned by government of Odisha from time to time.
