Important Date:
· Application Forms may be DOWNLOADED from website www.nrhmmanipur.orq & PRINTED in A4 SIZE PAPER from 25-Jan-20231o 03-Feb-2023. There will be NO sale of Forms physically.
· Candidates shall PHYSICALLY SUBN/IT the filled-in APPLICATION FORMS & SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS in the State Health Society, NHM, Manipur, Lamphelpat from 27-Jan-2023 to 06-Feb-2023 (10AM to 4PM DAILY on all working days)
Application Fee:
·Candidates have to pay Rs. 1000/- for application processing, oral assessment, etc. whereas SC/ ST needs to pay Rs. 500/- and PWD candidates have to pay Rs. 400/-
Age Limit
· Upper age limits: 38 years(Unreserved), 41 years(OBC) and 43 years(SC/ST) and 48 years(PWD). Qualifying date for age limit will be as on the date of notification as per Date of Birth given in Class-X certificate.
