Kargil District Ladakh Resource Persons Jobs Qualifications, Term & Conditions
· The engagement shall be made purely on "Academic Arrangement basis "under General and SAMAGRA vacancies subject to fulfilment of the prescribed criteria requirement basis.
· That the candidate must have Masters Degree in the relevant subjects from any recognised University.
· The eligibility criteria for hiring of the resource persons shall be as per the applicable recruitment rules vide SRO 481 of 2010 dated 30-12-2010 of erstwhile J & K government, till the recruitment rules for Lecturer are notified by the Ladakh administration.
· The candidate should be permanent resident of UT ladakh as per the provisions of administration of UT ladakh order No. 12-LA (LD) of 2021, dated: 04-09-2021.
· That the candidate shall have no any claims for regular appointment or confirmation based on the basis of this order on any pretext. That the candidate so engaged shall be treated as terminated soon on joining of permanent lecturer or commencement of winter vacation whichever is earlier.
· The candidate must be within the prescribed age limit as per norms of the Government. 7- That the candidate shall be engaged in the institutions on need basis.
· That the remuneration will be paid in accordance to the norms laid down in the Government Orders/Instructions issued by the Administration of UT Ladakh vide No. 72- LA (SED) of 2021, dated:03-12-2021.

Kargil District Ladakh Resource Person Selection Process
a) 50 points for marks obtained in attaining a master’s Degree in relevant subjects.
b) 20 points for written exam. (Offline/on line mode), ladakh specific general Knowledge (language, Culture, History).
c) 20 points for experience of teaching at 10+2 level schools or college affiliated with a recognized board of university at the rate 05 points for ach academic session.
d) 10 points of Higher Qualification, as per the following break up-
i) 5 points for Ph.D
ii) 5 points for NET/SET.
· The candidate on selection shall bring original documents/photo stat copies /two latest passport size photographs and an undertaking to the effect that the applicant will abide the terms and conditions of the department and will be ready to work in any institution of the District Kargil where the department shall post him/her.
