HESCOM Apprentice Qualification:

(i) Graduates: Should have passed with a B.E./ B.Tech degree from a recognized University /Institution (recognised by AiCTE or State Govt. / Central Govt.) in electrical engineering.

(ii) Diploma holders: Should have 3 years’Diploma from a polytechnic college/ institution recognized by the State Govt./ Central Govt. in electrical engineering’

(iii) The candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under Apprenticeship Act 1961, and / or already having one-year’s work experience are not eligible.

MINIMUM PHYSICAL F]TNESS STANDARDS: As prescribed in Clause 4 of the Apprenticeship Rule 1992, and amendments thereof if any

DURATION OF TRAINING: The duration of apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year.

vPlease note that the Board of Apprenticeship Training (Southern Region) is entrusted with the task of short-listing the candidates from online application data. Short listing process will be done based on the marks secured in the qualifying examinations. Short listed candidates will be intimated through their registered Email IDs only

vShort listed candidates will have to appear in person for verification of documents at the Office of the Executive Engineer (Ele.), ITI, HESCOM, Karwar Road, Vidyut Nagar, Hubballi.
