BEL Ghaziabad Jobs 2022 Salary:

Trainee Engineer – I: Trainee Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of TWO years which may be extended upto a maximum of three years (including initial period) based on Project requirement and individual‟s performance.

1st year	Rs. 30,000/-	i.) Area allowance* @ 10% of consolidated remuneration (per month) *Only to those candidates who will be posted to various sites and customer location Rs.12,000/- per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc
2nd year	Rs. 35,000/-
3rd year	Rs. 40,000/-

 BEL Ghaziabad Project Engineers – I: Project Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of THREE years which may be extended upto a maximum of Four years (including initial period) based
on Project requirement and individual‟s performance.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

i.)          Candidate should meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the advertisement.

ii.)     Selection will be through a Written Test followed by interview (of those who are shortlisted in the written test). 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who  pass the written test will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit, category and discipline.

iii.) The names of candidates shortlisted for written test/interview and final selection will be notified on our Company‟s website.
