APSSB CSLE 2023 Selection Process
The selection process for the APSSB CSS Exam 2023 will consist of three stages: a written test, a skill test, and a medical fitness test.
Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for the skill test. Candidates who clear the skill test will then undergo a medical fitness test to ensure their physical fitness for the job. The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in all three stages of the selection process.
APSSB CSLE Exam Pattern
The scheme of examination for APSSB Recruitment 2023 varies based on the post codes. The examination will be of three stages (Stage I, II, and III) and for some it will be of one stage only (Stage II).
Stage I: Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Stage II: Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions – 300 Marks
The test will comprise three subjects – General English, Elementary Math, and General Knowledge, each carrying 100 marks. The test will be of objective type multiple-choice questions, with 150 questions in total, and candidates will have to complete it within three hours.
A minimum of 33% marks is required in each subject to qualify for the selection process. There is no negative marking.
Stage III: Medical Fitness Test

Candidates are required to apply online through the website www.apssb.nic.in.
SCANNED COPIES OF FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION ARE
ATTACHED/UPLOADED:-
i. Scanned signature of the candidate on white paper with black ink pen (10-50 KB in jpg/jpeg/png format).
ii. Latest/recent passport size photo (50-100 KB in jpg/jpeg/png format).
THE SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING
DOCUMENTS/INFORMATION TO THE BOARD DURING DOCUMENT VERIFICATION
i. Recent passport size Photograph.
ii. Matriculation certificates issued by the Board/University for proof of date of birth.
iii. APST Certificate (if applicable). iv. Permanent Resident Certificate (if applicable).
v. Intimation letter to HoD for those who are in regular Govt. Service.
vi. PwD certificate in case of vacancy under PWD quota. vii. Discharge book and Pay and Pension Order (PPO) for Ex-Servicemen.
viii. Admit Card and printout of online application form.
ix. Any other documents as may be relevant.
