· For Handicapped: Exam fee NIL+ Online processing fee Rs. 25/- Total=Rs. 25/

Qualification:
1.
· (a) A degree in Ayurveda of a University established by law in India. Or Five years degree or diploma in Ayurveda of the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh.
· (b) Registration as a Vaidya with the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh and (c) At least Six month’s professional experience of state Ayurvedic or Allopathic Hospital or dispensary
2.
· Preferential Qualifications:- Post graduate degree in Ayurveda from a recognized institution. Age Limit:- 21 to40 years (Relaxation in age as per Rules).
