The candidate should ensure to obtain the seal and signature of the bank official.
· General/EWS/OBC candidates have to enter the “SBI Collect reference No.” generated after payment, in the Online Application Form before proceeding to fill the other details in the Application form.
BEL Recruitment 2023 Age Limit:
Upper Age limit as on 01.04.2023 :
· Project Engineer – I : The age limit should be not more than 32 years for General & EWS candidates.
· Trainee Engineer – I : The age limit should be not more than 28 years for General & EWS candidates.
· The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC candidates by 03 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years. For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years’ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above.

BEL Recruitment 2023 project Engineer, Trainee Engineer SELECTION PROCEDURE:
· Candidates should meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the advertisement. Candidates who meet the eligible criteria will be called for Written Test for 85 marks and those who clear the same will be shortlisted for Interview for 15 marks. The place of written test and interview will be in Bengaluru only.
· Candidates will be shortlisted for the interviews based on the written test marks (out of 85 marks) in order of merit in the ratio of 1:5.
· Intimation on conducting written test and interview will be sent to E-mail ID provided by the candidate. Candidates are required to comply with the instructions indicated therein. The results of the final selection will be available on BEL website. BEL is not responsible for bounce back or non-receipt of mail by the candidates
BEL Project Engineer-I , Trainee Engineer-I DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED BY CANDIDATES WHILE SUBMITTING ONLINE APPLICATION:
a) Scanned Passport size photo
b) SSLC/SSC/ISC marks card or any other valid document as proof of date of birth.
c) Final degree/Provisional Degree certificate of relevant qualification.
d) Proof of norms for CGPA/DGPA/OGPA or letter grade/document for percentage/class issued by university/Institution/College.
e) Caste/Tribe/Community/Disability/Economic status Certificate in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS respectively. Candidates claiming reservation under any of the above categories are required to submit the certificate in the prescribed format. The formats of various certificates are provided as link to the advertisement. Candidates belonging to OBC category should produce the Certificate issued on or after 01.03.2022 and for EWS Certificate issued for the year 2022-23.
f) Post qualification work experience certificate/s from previous / current employer.

BEL Trainee Engineer important Date:

BEL Trainee Engineer Application fee:
General, EWS and OBC candidates are required to remit an amount of Rs.177/- (Application fee-Rs.150/- plus 18% GST)

· For Trainee Engineer – I for NS (S&CS) – Electronics/ Mechanical/ Information Science /Information Technology/ Computer Science.
· For Trainee Engineer – I for NS (R&FCS) – Electronics / E&C/E&T/Communication/ Telecommunication
· The minimum percentage for General/OBC/EWS candidates is 55% aggregate of all semesters/years and Pass Class for SC, ST and PwBD candidates.
OST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE AS ON 01.05.2023:
Trainee Engineer –1 for NS (S&CS): Minimum 6 months of experience in software development
activities.
Trainee Engineer –1 for NS (R&FCS): 0-6 months of industrial experience.

BEL Recruitment 2023 Trainee Engineer SELECTION PROCEDURE:
a) Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria specified in the advertisement, will be called for a Written Test which will be for 85 marks.
b) Candidates who pass the written test will be called for Interview (Category- wise) based on the vacancies, in the ratio of 1:5. 15 marks will be allotted for Interview.
c) The minimum qualifying marks in Written Test and Interview is 35%for General/EWS /OBCand30%forSC/ST/PwBD.
d) The venue for the Written Test and Interview for Trainee Engineer – I for NS (S&CS) is Kochi. The venue for the Written Test and interview for Trainee Engineer – I for NS (R&FCS) will be intimated later.
BEL, Trainee Engineer-I DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED BY CANDIDATES WHILE SUBMITTING ONLINE APPLICATION:
a) SSLC/SSC/10thStandard marks card or any other valid document as proof of Date of Birth
b) B.Sc (Engg.)/B.E / B. Tech Engineering Degree certificate (as applicable), clearly
indicating the discipline and class obtained.
c) All semester marks cards or consolidated marks card.
d) CGPA conversion document (wherever applicable).
e) Caste / Tribe / Community / Disability / Economic status certificate in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/ PwBD/EWS respectively. Candidates claiming
reservation under any of the above categories are required to submit the certificate in the prescribed format. The formats of various certificates are provided as links to the advertisement. Candidates belonging to OBC(NCL) category should produce the certificate issued on or after 01.05.2022.
f) Post qualification work experience certificate/s from previous / current employer
indicating the service dates is compulsory. Where current employment certificate is not produced, the following documents should all be compulsorily attached.
