AIIMS Recruitment 2023 important Date:
· Last Date of the submission of online application: 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement in Employment News/Rojgar Samachar.
AIIMS Faculty 2023 Application fee:
· General (UR)/ OBC /EWS Candidates: – Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only).
· *SC/ST/ Women’s/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities Candidates – Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only).
· The candidate pay prescribed application fees through Online Mode Only via payment gateway of AIIMS, Gorakhpur. Transaction/ Processing fee, if any, as applicable will be payable to the bank by the candidate
· Note: – * This fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) shall be refunded duly deducting Bank Charges as applicable, onappearing of the candidate in the Interview
AIIMS Gorakhpur Faculty Recruitment 2023 Age Limit
· Professor/Additional Professor: – Not exceeding 58 (Fifty-Eight) years as on the last date of the receipt of the online application i.e., 30 days from the date of the publication of this advertisement in Employment News/Rojgar Samachar.
· Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor: – Not exceeding 50 (Fifty) years as on the last date of the receipt of the online application i.e., 30 days from the date of the publication of this advertisement in Employment News/Rojgar Samachar.
· (i) Upper age limit shall be determined as on last date of submission of online applications.
· (ii) No age relaxation would be available to SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.

AIIMS Gorakhpur Jobs Selection process
· Based on details of the candidate, the Screening Committee may short- list candidates for interview. If required there may be Screening test to shortlist candidates for interview in case large number of candidates apply for a post or posts. Candidates called for interview will have to produce all relevant original documents as proof of details furnished in their application at the time of interview. They may also be asked to submit an affidavit/declaration as decided by the AIIMS, Gorakhpur at time of Interview. The methodology of selection will be decided by the Selection Committee as deemed fit besides any other matter relating to the selection process.
AIIMS Gorakhpur Faculty online form process
· can submit their application only through ON-LINE mode. The On-line registration of application is made available on AIIMS, Gorakhpur official website i.e.http://www.aiimsgorakhpur.edu.in. The link for submission of online applications in respect of above said posts along-with other relevant information will be activated on the date of advertisement on Employment News/ Rojgar Samachar.
· The last date of online submission of applications will be Thirtieth Day (30th Day) from the date of publication of advertisement in Employment News/ Rojgar Samacha
· The Candidate must ensure that their photo and signature should be clearly visible in preview at the time of filling of application in online mode. If photo/signature image is displayed small or not visible in preview on website, that means photo/signature is not as per the AIIMS, Gorakhpur prescribed and, in that case, your application will be rejected. So ,be careful while uploading your photo and signature. Both must be visible clearly on Online Application form.
· In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/she is required to fill in the form separately through On-linemode only
· . It is mandatory for candidate to send signed copy of online application form along with self-attested copies of certificates/documents in support of fulfilling the essential criteria of age, educational qualification, teaching/research experiences etc. besides others in support of their candidature within 15 days from the last date of filling online application form. The Experience Certificate should clearly show the period of experience, duration of experience (“from” to“to”), Nature of experience (either teaching or research) etc. The candidates can only mention those teaching experiences which are recognized by MCI/Govt. of India.
