Post Graduation in Botany/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/ Biosciences/ Genetics/ Microbiology / Bio-technology/Molecular Biology/Plant physiology provided they have studied Botany and Zoology at Graduation level with minimum 50% of marks and B. Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized University

TGT ( Social Studies)

Graduation in any two of the following subjects in at least two years: History, Geography, Economics, Political Science, of which one must be either History or Geography and B. Ed with Social Science as a teaching subject with minimum 50% of marks or equivalent CGPA Or B.A Ed (4 years integrated course)

TGT (Hindi/Skt.)

Hindi or Sanskrit as an elective subject along with B.Ed or equivalent with Hindi/Sanskrit as teaching subject with minimum 50% of marks or equivalent CGPA along with B. Ed

PRT(EMS)

Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% of marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/Institutions norms).

OR Intermediate or its equivalent with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/Institutions norms).

ii) English as a subject in class XII

iii) They should have studied Hindi as a subject in their course

IV) The Candidate should posses two years Diploma in Education(D.Ed) or Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed./Equivalent)

Preparatory Teacher

i)             Pass in Senior Secondary/higher Secondary School Certificate Examination or Intermediate or its equivalent with 50% in aggregate

ii)           Diploma in Nursery Teachers Education/Pre-School Education/Early Childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed) or their equivalent. Duration of all the above courses shall not be less than two years OR B.Ed (Nursery) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution

iii)          English as a subject at +2 level

iv) Proficiency in teaching in English medium is essential

Asst.Grade-1(office)

Essential:

i)Any Bachelor’s Degree in commerce/accounts with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University

ii) Should have passed a certificate course of duration of not less than 6 months on MS-Windows operating System and Desktop applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), e-mail management and inter-net surfing. ( This requirement will not apply to candidates who have studied computer science/computer applications as one of the subjects in their school or college curriculum)

iii) Typing speed of 30 w .p .m in English

Desirable: Knowledge of cash book maintenance, filing, ledger writing, drafting letters, typing in Tamil/Hindi.
