AIESL Trainee Engineer Selection Process
· The eligible candidates would be interviewed by a duly constituted Selection Committee to adjudge their suitability for the post and placement in the various divisions of engineering. The selected candidates would be designated as Trainee Engineer- SS in the existing scales of pay with protection of present pay. They will be provided On-job training and on successful completion of the training period of one year they would be inducted as Asstt. Engineer- SS in the applicable Scale of pay. The pay of the candidates inducted as Asstt. Engineer- SS will be protected, ifthe present pay, being drawn by him/her, becomes more than the pay of Asst. Engineer-SS at the entry level.
