AP Civil Surgeon Assistant 2023 Age Limit

· Upper age limit is 42 years. Age will be reckoned as on 01-07-2023 with the relaxations as applicable.

Relaxation will be as follows:-

i. For SC, ST, BC and E W S : 05 (Five years).

ii. For ex-service Men: 03 (Three) years in addition to the length of service in armed forces.

iii. For Physically Challenged persons: 10 (Ten) years.

iv. Candidate should not have completed 70 years as on 01.07.2023 for contractual appointment

AP Civil Assistant Surgeon Posts Salary

For regular appointment:-

i. Scale of Pay Rs.61,960 to Rs.1,51,370 and other allowances as admissible under the rules in force from time to time.

ii. The specialist doctors posted in the hospitals located in tribal area will be paid 50% over basic pay as an additional incentive.

For contract appointment:-

Contractual appointment will be taken up after completion of selections on regular basis.

APVVP Civil Assistant Surgeon Recruitment 2023 Selection Process

a. Merit list will be prepared for all the candidates who attended walk-inrecruitment and submitted the applications. Merit list will be prepared based on the following marks matrix.

b. Total Marks:100

c. 65% will be allocated for aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in P.G.Diploma or any other equivalent qualification.

d. In addition 10% will be allocated for P.G.Degree/DNB/Equivalent qualification.

e. Those who are not having PG marks memo or grade, percent age of marks to

be taken as 50% (50%x75=37.50). It is the responsibility of the candidate to obtain and submit marks memos from the competent authorities where ever grades instead of marks are issued.
